REFUNDS 

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from ZOE Footwear simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund. We apologise that we cannot refund shipping charges on delivery and return of goods. 

 

No claim for shortage or damage shall be allowed unless the customer notifies our sales team either in writing or by email within 3 working days of the goods being dispatched.
